Ways to work with us
Three ways in. The same department either way.
You are not choosing a product. You are choosing how deep we go, and that changes as your team gets stronger.

Depth 01
Embedded
We join your team
Right for: a marketing team of two to fifteen that needs capacity and capability, not more headcount.
Your marketers are good. They are also at capacity, and nobody has had a spare month to work out what AI actually changes. We work alongside them: taking the disciplines they cannot cover, and making the whole team AI-native while we do it.
- We sit in your stand-ups and your channels, not outside them
- Your people learn the workflows as we build them
- You keep the team you already hired, working at a different speed

Depth 02
Managed
We run it end to end
Right for: a company with no CMO, or a CMO with no team.
There is no marketing function yet, or there is one person heroically doing all of it. We become the department: strategy, execution, reporting, every discipline covered, with a named owner on each one who joins your calls.
- A full department from week one, without a hiring round
- Named owners you can question directly, not an account manager relaying
- Documented as we go, so nothing lives only in our heads

Depth 03
Built
Your team owns it after
Right for: teams committed to in-housing who want it built properly the first time.
You have decided marketing belongs in-house, and you are right. We build the systems, automate the repeatable work, train your people on your own workflows, and hand over the code and the documentation. Then we get out of the way.
- Processes mapped, costed, and automated where it pays
- Your stack connected, so data stops moving by copy-paste
- Custom tools where nothing off the shelf fits your market
- Written governance: what runs itself, who owns it, what still needs a human
Most clients start Embedded or Managed and end up Built. We think that is the correct direction of travel, and we would rather be the ones who got you there than the ones who kept you dependent.
Investment
What it costs
There is no price list, because there is no standard client. What a forty-person software company in Zurich needs is not what a nine-hundred-person manufacturer in Tel Aviv needs, and pretending otherwise produces a quote that is wrong for both.
We scope after a conversation: what you already have, what is missing, and what a result would have to look like to be worth it.
If we are not the right answer, we will say so on that call rather than three months in.
