About

Data scientists and marketers, in the same room.

Most marketing teams have one or the other. The gap between them is where the work goes wrong.

A charcoal chair and a red chair pulled up to the same table

A data scientist without a marketer

Builds something technically correct that nobody in the market recognises.

A marketer without a data scientist

Writes something lovely that cannot be measured or scaled.

    Both, on the same account

Work that is both true and heard.

That is the whole company. We are not an agency and we do not sell software. We are the marketing department you have not built yet, running until you have.

    A name on every system

Every system we run has a person attached to it — on your calls, accountable for its number, reachable without going through an account manager. You will never be handed output that nobody will put their name to.

You will not find a wall of headshots on this page. You meet the people who will actually run your work on the first call, before you have signed anything. That tells you more than a photograph and a job title, and it is harder for us to fake.

    How we think about AI

AI is leverage, not a product. It lets a small team of experienced people cover the ground of a much larger one — drafting, testing, monitoring, reporting, at a volume nobody could sustain by hand.

What it does not do is decide. It has no view on your positioning, no relationship with your buyers, and no accountability when it is wrong. Every system we build has written rules for:

    UnattendedWhat it may do unattended
ApprovalWhat a human approves before it ships
RecordWhere the record of both lives

    Where we work

    Three markets, deliberately.

    B2B · revenue€10M–€2B

Israel, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, for B2B companies between €10M and €2B in revenue. Three markets, deliberately — enough range to see what travels between them, few enough to know each one properly.

If we are not the right answer for you, we will say so on the first call rather than three months in.
